We emphasize the importance of self-development through active collaboration with projects that embraces artistic expression and commit to community services within Dutchess County and other New York State areas.
Who We Are
We at C.O.L.O.R.S. aim to bring down the barriers created by these differences and bridge the gap of humanity. Our organization and logo are representations of our goal – to bring everyone together and remove the barriers that separate us. We bring our emotional intelligence advocates to ground level, to the communities still serving beliefs that have been handed down to them. We want people to know we can be united despite our differences in faith and act upon the basic tenets of love and understanding. Our text logo represents all religious beliefs and races around the world.
Our Image Logo Represents the Following:
The World – We all represent a fraction of every angle in “The World”. Each symbol has its own historical background and denotes fundamental values and beliefs within their culture/religion.
The Hand – The use of one translucent hand demonstrates oneness as a whole nation. The symbols in the hand are reflected from the earth to demonstrate the power of unity within our grasp.
The Peg – Represents the depth of universal courage and its piercing love through one’s sacrifice.
Blood Flow – Demonstrates the movement of equality within every belief system.
The Illumination – Symbolizes rays of empowerment as a unified nation.
Our Programs
We have begun developing an emotional intelligence program in Dutchess County, NY, where our headquarters are located. We provide child mentoring and life coaching. We offer emotional intelligence mentoring and activities to inmates, battered women, and bullies who are looking for a fresh perspective on life. We support a small portion of New York’s homeless population by means of donations.
